When I click on any TRD article it says OFFLINE, how do I resolve this?

If you are using a Windows PC with McAfee firewall installed, you may be experiencing this issue. To resolve this follow the steps below:

  1. Open McAfee.
  2. Click Web and Email Protection or click the Gear icon at the top-right corner.
  3. Select Firewall, then scroll down and click Net Guard.
  4. Select the IP Address listed for the site that you want to access.
  5. Click Edit, then change Block to Allow.
  6. Click Save, or Apply.
